2 -session meeting; preferred meeting time: 1:00 - 4:00 on 2 successive Sundays.

Top two bidders each may attend with one additional person.  Meeting time will be determined by consensus.

You’ll learn the simple basics to making fragrant, crusty, hearty and delicious fresh bread.  Learn the basic techniques and how to modify the process to prepare a variety of favorites and your own creations.  You will be able to make both simple artisan breads and breads that you will be proud to show off visually.  Enjoy the mouth-watering aromas of fresh baking bread throughout class and take home the skill to your own kitchen. You’ll learn tested and time-saving methods to ensure your success every time you bake.

We will learn how to mix the bread with or without an electric kneader/mixer.

The baking sessions will be followed by an optional cafe: join your instructor and other participants in enjoying the bread you have made along with kosher cheese and wine or fine coffee.
